Laura has worked with Take a Part on our Reverberations project delivering workshops and exploring the notion of an 'artist in residence' with the National Marine Aquarium
Laura Hopes is an artist and researcher who works, often collaboratively, with digital sound, sculpture, film and performance, based upon site-specific explorations of climate change. Interested in the use of stories to activate place, she generates playful interventions to illuminate terrifying themes and radical and provocative re-interpretations of place. She encourages audiences to share and consider an embodied experience of place.
