Laura Hopes is an artist and researcher who works, often collaboratively, with digital sound, sculpture, film and performance, based upon site-specific explorations of climate change. Interested in the use of stories to activate place, she generates playful interventions to illuminate terrifying themes and radical and provocative re-interpretations of place. She encourages audiences to share and consider an embodied experience of place.
